3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be a resident of India

  • Own or operate a drone legally registered in India

  • Comply with all DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Insurance Coverage

4.1 Policy Procurement

Dronycover acts as an insurance broker, facilitating coverage between you and our partnered insurance providers. We do not underwrite policies directly.

4.2 Coverage Details

  • Coverage specifics, limits, exclusions, and premiums are detailed in your individual policy document

  • All policies are subject to the terms of the underwriting insurance company

  • Coverage is valid only after premium payment is confirmed

4.3 Regulatory Compliance

All insurance products comply with:

  • Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines

  • DGCA drone operation regulations

  • Applicable central and state laws

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Maintain valid drone registration and permits

  • Operate drones in accordance with DGCA regulations

  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your drone, operations, or contact information

  • Pay premiums on time

  • Report claims promptly and honestly

  • Cooperate fully during claim investigations

6. Premium Payment

6.1 Payment Terms

  • Premiums must be paid in full before coverage begins

  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other approved methods

  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)

6.2 Non-Payment

  • Failure to pay premiums may result in policy cancellation

  • Coverage lapses immediately upon non-payment unless otherwise specified

  • We reserve the right to charge late fees as per the policy terms

7. Claims Process

7.1 Claim Notification

  • Claims must be reported within 24-48 hours of the incident

  • You must provide all requested documentation

  • False or fraudulent claims will result in policy cancellation and potential legal action

8. Policy Cancellation and Refunds
